Return and Exchange
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date you received it
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
You can send the item in the original or appropriately sized and protected packaging.
The return or exchange item has to be sent back to us within 15 days from the day you request to return the item.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-20 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
**Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on any return or exchange not due to the incorrect or damaged item. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damage or Defect
If your order item has any damage or defect, please promptly notify us within 7 days after you have received your item. We may need your help to provide us a digital image of the damage or defect via an email. We will be happy to either replace the item or give a refund.
